Spring Privacy Policy (iOS, iPadOS & visionOS)

Introduction

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.

Spring helps you plan time, manage activities, and review your progress. This policy explains how information used by the iOS, iPadOS, and visionOS app is handled.

Information Spring Uses

Spring stores the plans, activities, tags, templates, settings, and other content you create in the app. This includes template activity files (.tpl) saved in the app’s Templates folder and archived daily files (.schedule) . All of this content may contain personal information if you choose to enter it.

If you enable an optional integration, Spring may also use the following information only to provide that feature:

• Calendars: In Calendar I/O, you choose a day and then choose individual events to import or individual activities to export. Spring reads that day only when you open this feature. It creates, edits, or deletes Calendar events only when you explicitly choose and confirm that action.
• Reminders: You choose which Apple Reminders to import. Any edit or completion action is initiated by you for the relevant item; Spring does not automatically process, complete, or continuously synchronize Reminders.
• Files: Spring can read or write files only through locations or destinations that you select, such as when you import, export, back up, restore, or share your data. This can include a location in the Files app or another destination you choose in a share sheet.
• Notifications: Spring can send planning, timer, and time-sensitive notifications when you allow notifications. This includes notifying you when all active Pomodoro timers have ended (activity completion) and providing updates at the end of each Pomodoro timer to help you track your productivity.

Calendar and Reminders are not automatically synchronized with Spring. An import brings the item you chose into Spring at that time; later changes are not automatically copied between the apps.

Storage and Sync

Your Spring data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud for Spring, the app stores and syncs the applicable app data through Apple’s iCloud services, including CloudKit and iCloud Drive. This lets your data stay available across your Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. iCloud synchronization of Spring data does not enable automatic Calendar or Reminders synchronization.

Spring does not sell your data or use it for advertising or tracking. Spring does not send your plans, calendar data, reminders, or files to a developer-controlled server.

Your Choices

You can manage Calendar, Reminders, and Notifications permissions in Settings at any time. You can also turn off iCloud for Spring in your Apple Account’s iCloud settings.

You can delete content in Spring or remove the app and its local data. When iCloud sync is enabled, data stored in iCloud is managed through your Apple Account and the app’s deletion options.
